I have my Masters of Fine Arts in Dramatic Writing from NYU's Tisch School of the arts, where I concentrated on TV scriptwriting. After graduating, I worked for an independent film company in New York City, Lucky Monkey Pictures. Lucky Monkey has produced films such as The Last Five Years, City Island, VAMPS, Arbitrage, and Ideal Home. While I was there, I helped set up the TV division of the company, Lucky Doll Productions. On top of working as a Creative Executive for the company, I was hired to help rewrite several film scripts and oversee several projects from concept to pitching.
I also have worked as a freelance writer for several years. I have ghostwritten blogs and product guides, written articles for several sites, and worked on scripts for major companies, as well as prominent YouTube channels. This work has been wide and varied and helped shape my writing skills for the better.
In my free time, I have created a series of comedy sketches with a co-creator, three of which we have produced and put on YouTube. I have also have received accolades for my scripts at the Austin Film Festival (2018) and The Fusion Film Festival (2018).
